Refund Policy:

You have 20 days to return or exchange your jacket. After receiving your jacket, you have 24 hours to initiate the return or exchange request. The process must be completed within 20 days; after that, we cannot accommodate any further requests.

For returns and exchanges, you can send your jacket back to our warehouses in the USA, UK, or Pakistan.

Return Fee: A 25% service fee of your order’s cost will be charged for returns. The remaining amount will be refunded back to your original payment method once we receive the jacket at our warehouse.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. No fees will be charged if the order is canceled within this time frame. After that, your order may have already been processed, and a 25% service fee will apply.

Defective Product

If you receive a defective product, you can request an exchange. Simply email us a snapshot of the defect, along with details of the issue and your order number, at sales@mscreations.uk. Our customer support team will contact you with further instructions.

Size Issues

Please ensure you select the correct size when placing your order. If your jacket is too small or too large, we can offer a size exchange. Send your request, along with your order number, to sales@mscreations.uk, and our customer support team will assist you.

Cases Where Return or Exchange is Not Applicable

At MSC LEATHERS, we aim to provide top-tier service, but there are a few cases where returns or exchanges are not possible:

• If we determine that the fault is not from our end, returns or exchanges will not be applicable.
• If an item violates our policies upon return, we will not process the return.
• If a return is made without a valid reason, shipping charges will be applied.
• Customized jackets cannot be returned, as they are made to order.
